None appeared for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home, appearing for the official respondents, is present.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home has submitted a copy of written instructions dated 24.06.2016 of the 3^^ respondent-Sub Inspector of Police, Atmakur Police Station. As per the instructions, basing on the complaint given by the petitioner, the respondent-police have registered a case in Crime No.41 of 2016 dated 25.05.2016 for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 509 and 354 of l.P.C. against the 4th respondent and took up investigation.

So, in view of the above instructions, it appears that the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed. Hence, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel, interlocutory applications, if any pending,^shallstands closed.
