The Court made the following Order:

This writ petition is filed seeking for a direction to the 2*^^ respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.90^of2015onthe file of Musunuru Police Station, Krishna district.

Heard Mr.B.S.N.Naidu, learned counsel for the petitioners who appeared virtually and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home

appearing for the official respondents as well as Mr.Ponnada Sree Vyas, learned counsel representing Mr.K.S.Murthy, learned counsel for the unofficial respodent.

On hearing, learned counsel for the unofficial respondent submitted that already police aid was granted to the 4^^ respondent in I.A.No.243 of 2016 in O.S.No.17 of 2015 on 14.03.2016.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home furnished a copy of Written Instructions issued by Station House Officer, Musunuru PS, Eluru district and submitted that the respondent police had investigated the case in Or.No.90 of 2015 and filed Charge Sheet under Sections 465, 468, 471, 420 IPC on 12.06.2018 vide CC.No.404 of 2018.

Learned counsel for the petitioners does not refute to the above submissions.

In view of the submissions made by petitioners’ counsel and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home and learned counsel for the unofficial respondent and upon perusing the written instructions issued by respondent police, this Court is of the view that, the grievance of the petitioners is redressed by the respondents by filing Charge Sheet and nothing survives in the present writ petition for any further adjudication. Further, with regard to the police aid,^{thecounter-affidavit} filed by the d** respondent is taken on record.

By recording the same, the writ petition is closed.

¶50

There shall be no order as to costs.

¶51

As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand

closed.
