This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the Respondent Nos.l and 2 in not complying with the order passed by the District Consumer Redressal Forum, West Godavari at Eluru passed in P.P.No.31 of 2010 in C.C.No.286 of 2009, dated 29.10.2011, as illegal and arbitrary.
- Heard Mr.Sreenivasa Rao Velivela, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home
appearing for the official respondents as well as Mr.Chetan,learned counsel representing Mr.V.Brahmaiah Chowdary, learnedcounselfor the unofficial respondent.
- On hearing, learned counsel for the unofficial respondent submits that already the amounts were paid as per thedirectionsof District Consumer Redressal Forum, West Godavari atElurupassed in P.P.No.31 of 2010 in C.C.No.286 of 2009, dated 29.10.2011.
- On the other hand, learned counsel for the petitionerreportedno instructions in this matter.
