Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in not taking any action against the real culprits as illegal, improper, arbitrary and against principles of natural justice besides being violative of Article 14, 19, 21, 22 of Constitution of India consequently i) Direct the 3rd Respondent to conduct fair investigationthematterandfile charge sheet in connection with Crime No. 164 of 2015,onthe file of IV Town P.S., Kurnool, and also Crime No.34 of 2015, onthefileofKurnool Railway P.S., Kurnool, to unearth the real facts and to file cases against the real culprits, ii) Direct the 4th respondent to conduct re-postmortem on the deceased persons i.e., Venu Naik and P.Manikyamma, iii) Direct the respondents 13 and 14 to take appropriate action against the management of Balaji Yashoda Nursing Home, Kurnool and the respondents9and 10 herein, iv) To extend the benefits to the kith and kin of deceased P.Manikyamma, under the provisions of Nirbhaya and Abhaya Acts.
