The present writ petition is filed aggrieved by the proceedings in Proc.No.22/2024, dated 18.07.2024 appointing the 6th respondent as Official Person-in-Charge to manage the affairs of the 7th respondent society without considering the resolution dated 15.05.2024 passed by the 7th respondent society and representation dated 20.06.2024 requesting the respondents to conduct the election to the 7th respondent society.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
