The petitioner herein filed the present Writ Petition, assailing the surcharge proceedings in Rc.578/2016-C1(2) dated 15.11.2017.

The above proceedings were assailed by the writ petitioner^herein before the A.P. Co-operative Tribunal, Vijayawada,^{underSection76of} the A.P.Co-operative Societies Act, 1964, by way of appeal and the said appeal was allowed and the surcharge proceedings, which are impugned in the present Writ Petition, are set aside,^{videorderdated} 08.02.2024 in O.A.No.55 of 2019 on the file of the A.P.Co-operative Tribunal, Vijayawada. In view of the same, the learned^{counselforthe} petitioner submits that the cause in this Writ Petition has rendered infructuous.

Recording the submission made by the learned counsel^forthe petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
