Benches referred to above. It is not in dispute thatthesaidordershad attained finality. It is also not in dispute that thepossession of the petitioners in the above mentioned writ petitions was regularized on payment of cost of the plot @ Rs.180/- per Square yardtogetherwith interest at 12% per annum, On a query raised by this Court, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that theencroacherswho had not approached this Court are still in possession of the plots occupied by them. Be that as it may. As seen from theinstructions referred to above, it would appear that the petitionersareinpossessionof the land of an extent of 819 Sq.yards in plot Nos.16,17,18and19in Survey Nos. 103/2 and 105/2 of Chinagadili Village. 5. On an appreciation of the matter, in the light oftheorderspassed by the various Division Benches, this Court is inclinedtodisposeofthe writ petition permitting the petitioners to deposittheamountsasordered in LGC No.60 of 1989 together with interest at 12%perannum,fromthe date of the order i.e., 20.3.1995 within a period ofthree(3)monthsfrom today. The respondent No.1 shall pass appropriate ordersregularizing the possession of the petitioners within a period oftwo(2)monthsfrom the date of receipt of the payment, as indicated above.
