- Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home furnishes written instructions dated 04.05.2015, received from the Station House Officer, Tadepalligudem Police Station, West Godavari District. He would submit that the contention of the petitioner that respondent No.4 summonedanddetainedthe petitioner in the Police Station is incorrect, hence denied. It is submitted that. when the petitioner herein and his brother were not involved in any criminal cases on the file of this respondent Police Station, the question of calling him to the Police Station does not arise and no need to pass any orders in this Writ Petition. In view of the above, learned Assistant Government Pleader submitted that no cause survives in the present Writ Petition and requested this Court to close this Writ Petition.
- Recording the above submissions, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
