Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the actions of Respondents No. 2 to 6 in not considering petitioner's objection petition dated 20.05.2024 and evidences produced before the enquiry officer and further keeping a false complaint pending, dated nill, without taking action on the Respondent No. 7 for lodging false complaint as per law inspite of bringing to the notice of Respondents No. 4 to 6 about the hardship faced by the petitioner as being illegal, arbitrary, discriminatory and unconstitutional and consequently direct the Respondents No. 1 to 6 to close the false complaint lodged by Respondent No. 7 considering petitioner's objections and evidences produced by him and further direct the Respondents No. 1 to 6 to take action on Respondent No. 7 for making the public authorities to use their iawfui power to cause hardship to petitioner and others.

The Court made the following order:-

The present writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondent Nos.2 to 6 in not considering the petitioner’s objection petition dated 20.05.2024 and evidences produced before the enquiry officer and further keeping a false complaint pending, without taking action on the respondent No.7 for lodging false complaint as per law, inspite of bringing to the notice of respondent Nos.4 to 6 about the hardship faced by the petitioner and consequently prayed to direct respondent^Nos.1 to 6 to close the false complaint lodged by respondent No.7 considering the petitioner’s objections and evidences produced by him and further prayed to direct the respondent Nos.1 to 6 to take action on respondent No.7 for making the public authorities to use their lawful power to cause hardship to the petitioner.

Learned counsel for respondent No.7 file counter. As seen from the counter, it is clear that there are internal disputes between the writ petitioner and the 7*'' respondent herein.

This Court in similar circumstances vide order dated 30.08.2024 in W.P.No.14466 of 2024 relegated both the aggrieved parties to go before the competent Court or authority for resolution of the dispute. Assailing the said order an intra-Court appeal vide W.A.No.782 of 2024 was filed and the same was dismissed on 24.09.2024.

In view of the above, the present Writ Petition is dismissed. However, both the petitioner as well as the respondent No.7 are at liberty to go before the competent Court or the concerned authority^{forresolution}

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
