The grievance of the petitioner is that the appeal filed by the petitioner under Section 11(1) and 12(a) of Andhra Pradesh Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923 on the file of the Deputy Inspector of Survey, Eluru, West Godavari District, presently on the file of Deputy Inspector of Survey, Nuzvid against the endorsement vide ROC No.798/2020, dated 26.03.2021 issued by the Tahsildar-cum-Survey authority, is not disposed of.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue on instructions did not dispute the pendency of the appeal filed by the I petitioner on the file of the Deputy Inspector of Survey,^Nuzvid.

Given the facts and circumstances of the case, since there is no dispute regarding pendency of appeal filed by the petitioner on the file of the Deputy Inspector of Survey, Nuzvid, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition, with the consent of both the counsels, directing the learned Deputy Inspector of Survey, Nuzvid to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner as per law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within eight (8) weeks from the
