The grievance of the petitioners is that online application made by the 2"^ petitioner vide TTA012300116141 dated 18.12.2023 seeking to delete the property of an extent^ofAc.1-51 cents in Sy.No.303/3A of Punganuru Revenue Village^andMandal Madanapalle Revenue Division, Chittoor District from the prohibited properties list under Sec 22-A(1)(a) of the Registration Act, 1908 is not disposed of by the respondents.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that though the application is made on 18.12.2023, the 4*^ respondent^failedto pass appropriate orders.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that the 4*^ respondent will pass appropriate orders as per law.

Given the facts and circumstances of the case, without going into other disputed facts of the case, with the consent of both the learned counsel, the Writ Petition is disposed at the stage of admission, directing the 4*^ respondent - the learned District I
