Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a Writ order or direction more one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the 5'*" respondent in calling the petitioner to the police station without there being any case registered or pending before his office and without signing any reasons is illegal, arbitrary and unconstitutional and consequently direct the 5th respondent not to harass the petitioner by calling to the police station under the threat of filing Criminal case without following due processoflaw.

W]ien the matter was listed on 12.01.2024, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner, so also earlier oc:casions. As such, this Court directed the matter to be listed for obtaining instructions on 23.01.2024.
Even today i.e on 23.01.2024, when the matter is called. there is no represem:.ation on beh.aif of the petitioner. It appears that, the petitioner has no interest in prosecuting the writ petitio;n.
Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-
