When the matter is taken up consideration, learned (ssistant Government Pleader for Home has placed the written instructions, dated 17.02.2024, of the Sub-Inspector >f Police, Dowleswaram Poiice Station, East GodavariDistrict, ■1/hich reads as follows:
While causing enquiries about the missing person on 11.08.2015 the complainant Chokka Nooka Raju came to Dowlaiswaram Police Station along with his missing son Chokka Sathi Raju and other family elders attended the P.S., and submitted a written report by stating that no further action is necessary on his complaint since his son returned home safely. He further stated that his son Sathi Raju who went away without informing to anybody due to disputes with spouse went to Maharashtra and from there to Hyderabad where lived by doing work in a hotel and retUT^d home on 09.08.2015 safely.

In this connection, the then 10 send refer proposais to DSP South Zone, Rajamahendravaram and the said case is referred as "AD" vide C. No. 60/DSP-South Zone-RJY Urban/2016, dated 26.08.2015. Later finai report fiied at Hon'bie Mandai Executive Magistrate Court and obtained MC.No.38/2015. "■
- Recording the submissions made in the written instructions, dated 17.02.2024, and as the- cause in the writ petition does not survive, the Writ Petition is dosed. No order as to costs.
