Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, order or direction, more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the 3'" respondent in orally ordering for closure of the petitioner's Association in violation of the orders passed in C.C.No.1356/2012 dt.18.10.2012 even though petitioner Association has not violated any law and on the other hand taken up number of developmental and social activities, as illegal, arbitrary and consequently direct the respondents more so 3'^'^ respondent to act in accordance with law without taking law into his hands.

This writ petition is filed declaring the action of^the 3*^^ respondent in orally ordering for closure of the petitioner’s Association in violation of the orders passed in C.C.No.l356^of 2012 dated 18.10.2012 even though petitioner association^has not violated any law and on the other hand taken up^number of developmental and social activities, as illegal and arbitrary.

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing. learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home are present.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader has furnished a copy of instructions dated 16.04.2014 issued by the Inspector of Police, Jammalarnadugu (U) Police Station,^YSR Kadapa District.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader, on instructions, would submit that, as of now, neither the 3''^ respondent visited the club of the petitioner, nor^{threatenedits} members. She would submit that this respondent shall^abide

by the directions, if any, passed by this Court. Therefore learned Government Pleader submits that nothing survives^to adjudicate further in the present writ petition and^hencethe same may be closed.
