wherein the name of the 6th respondent is also mentioned who is working as Assistant Public Prosecutor in Assistant Sessions Judge Court, Gudur under Scheduled Caste Category, ignoring the petitioner and other advocates belonging to Scheduled Caste inspite of the representation dt. 4-3-2016 sent by the Gudur Bar Association, as being illegal, arbitrary and unjust and consequently direct the respondent authorities to take steps to return the panel and to include the name of the petitioner and other advocates belonging to the Scheduled Caste category by deleting the name of the 6th respondent, and to grant such other relief or reliefs as this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.
