ORDER:
The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:
“…..Declaring the inaction on the part of the 4th and 5th respondents in not registering the criminal case and investigating the same against respondents 6 to 12 having received the forwarded compliant from the Honourable Judicial First Class Magistrate, Madanapally dt.6.10.2015 as being illegal, Arbitrary, Capricious, Malafide, not only contrary to Section 154 of the Criminal Procedure Code, but also contrary to the Judgments rendered by the Honorable

Supreme Court and this Honourable Court reported in 2014 (1) ALD (Crl) page 507 A.P. and other Judgments rendered by this Honorable Court as being Illegal, Arbitrary, Capricious, Malafide, amounts to dereliction of duty, violative of Articles 14 and 21 of Constitution of India, consequently direct the respondents 4 and 5 to register a Criminal Case i.e. F.I.R. against the respondents 6 to 12 as per the complaint filed by the petitioner and forwarded to the 3th and 5th respondent Police Station by the Judicial First Class Magistrate by order dated 6.10.2015, investigate the same and submit the report at an earliest and pass such other order or orders…..”
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
