The Second Appeal is preferred by the appellant against the Judgment and Decree dated 21.10.2002 passed in A.S.No.86 of 2001, on the file of the learned District Judge, Anantapur.
- None appeared on both sides.
- On 20.11.2024, it is brought to the notice of this Court that learned counsel on both sides are no more. Hence, this Court directed the Registry to issue notice to appellant as well as to the respondent.
- Owing to non-appearance from both sides either in person or through their counsel, this Court could not proceed further.
Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
