ORDER:
The present Criminal Revision Case is filed againstthe order dated 11.07.2014 in S.C.No.41 of 2010 on the file of X Additional District & Sessions Judge, Visakhapatnam at Anakapalle.
- A perusal of the information furnished by the Registry, which goes to show that the main case i.e., S.C.No.41 of 2010 was disposed on 24.05.2017.
- Since the main case i.e., S.C.No.41 of 2010 was disposed, the cause in the present criminal revision case doesnotsurvive and the matter would become infructuous.
- Accordingly, the present Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall standvacated.
