The present Criminal Revision Case is filed against the order, dated 25.01.2018 in Crl.M.P.No.7 of 2018 in C.C.No.236 of 2011 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Penukonda, wherein the petition filed under Section 70 (2) of Cr.P.C. by the petitioner to recall the non-bailable warrant issued against him was dismissed by the trial Court.
i.e., C.C.No.236 of 2011 was dismissed on 12.06.2018 by discharging him as
an accused and therefore, the cause in the present criminal revision case
does not survive and the matter would become infructuous.
Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
