Criminal Revision Case No.347 of 2014
ORDER:
The present Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner herein/State against the order, dated 03.12.2009 in Crl.M.P.No.2299 of 2008 in C.C.No.149 of 2001 passed by the learned II Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Nellore wherein the petition filed under Section 239 Cr.P.C. by the respondent herein seeking to discharge him in the saidcasewas allowed by the trial Court.

- On verification of the e-Courts, the main case i.e. C.C.No.149 of 2001 was disposed on 14.06.2019 by acquitting the accused therein and therefore, the cause in the present criminal revision case does not survive and the matter would become infructuous.
- Accordingly, the present Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.

Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any
shall stand closed.
