ORDER:
The present Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.2 and 3 against the order, dated 21.04.2014 in Crl.M.P.No.9 of 2014 in S.C.No.46 of 2012 passed by the XIII Additional District & Sessions Judge, Gajuwaka, wherein the petition filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.2 and 3, under Section 227 of Cr.P.C to discharge the petitioners/accused Nos.2 and 3 for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 307 IPC and 120(b) IPC, was dismissed by the trial Court.
Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall stand vacated.
