ORDER:
The present Criminal Revision Case is filed by the petitioner against the order, dated 19.08.2014 in Crl.M.P.No.252 3 of 2014 in C.C.No.924 of 2002 passed by the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Jaggayyapeta, wherein the petition filed by the petitioner/accused, under Section 239 of Cr.P.C to discharge the petitioner/accused, was dismissed on merits by the trial Court.
- A perusal of the case status furnished by the Registry,the main case i.e., C.C.No.924 of 2002 was disposed on08.01.2015 before Lok Adalat on compromise between both the parties, therefore, the cause in the present criminal revision case does not survive and the matter has become infructuous.
- Accordingly, the present Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous.
Interim orders granted earlier, if any, shall standvacated.
