The present criminal petition is filed seeking to call^forthe records pertaining to Crime.No. 178 of 2018 dated 01.09.2018 before the Korukonda Police Station, Rajamahendravaram^andto quash the same. Wherein, the police registered the crime against the accused for the offences punishable under Sections 188, 417 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for short “I.P.C.”).

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the allegations made in the report before the police, itself^doesnot contains the ingredients of Sections 188, 417 r/w 34^ofI.P.C.

Learned Special Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted^that subsequently, the police investigated the case and laid the charge sheet before the concerned Court.

After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner urges to grant permission to assail the charge sheet. filed by the police and to grant liberty to withdraw the present criminal petition.

In view of the said submissions, the present Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and liberty is granted to

assail the charge sheet, if he is so aggrieved.
