This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusingtheMemorandumof Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the argumentsofSriVNitesh, Advocate for the Petitioner and the Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent No. 1 and none appeared for the RespondentNo.2

ORDER:
It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the present criminal petition is filed seeking to quash the FIR and subsequently, the police laid a charge sheet.Learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this Court, for liberty to assail the said charge sheet.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed granting
liberty to the petitioners to assail the charge sheet.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pendinginthis
criminal petition shall stand closed.
