The instant Criminal Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (in short “Cr.P.C.”) has been filed, by the Petitioner/Accused No.1, seeking to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.481 of 2020 on the file of Palamner (Urban) Police Station, Chittoor District, registered for the offence under Sections 420, 468, 506 and 509 read with³⁴ of Indian Penal Code.

Sri N.Bharat Babu, learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, the present petition is filed challenging the FIR. Subsequently, after completion of investigation, charge sheet has been filed in this matter and the petition may be disposed of by giving liberty to challenge the charge^sheet.

Ms.D.Prasanna Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor is in attendance.

In that view of the matter, the criminal petition is^{dismissedasthereliefhas} become infructuous. However, the Petitioner is at liberty to file fresh petition seeking to quash the charge sheet, if so advised.
