The instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short “Code”) is filed by the Petitioners/Accused Nos.l to 5, seeking to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No. 1304 of 2020 on the file of ChiUakallu Police Station, Krishna District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 417, 420, 506 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 156(3) of the Code. 2. Ms.D.Prasanna Lakshmi, learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that charge sheet has been filed in this matter.

Sn Ginjupalli Subba Rao, learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that petition may be disposed of by recording the same.
