The instant petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 is filed by the Petitioners/Accused Nos.1 and 2, seeking to quash the proceedings against them in Crime No.50 of 2021 on the file of Penamaluru Police Station, Krishna District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323,

354, 506, 509 r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(1)(r), 3(1)(s), 3(1)(w)(ii), 3(2)(va) of the Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act.
