The present Criminal Petition is filed under Section⁴⁸² of Cr.P.C., praying to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/respondent No.6 in D.V.C.No.16 of 2017 on^the file of the Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class,^Kandukur. 2. After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner has requested this Court to dispense with the presence of the petitioner before the Court below during the course^oftrialinthe aforesaid D.V.C.No.16 of 2017.

As the petitioner is aged about 50 years, this Court^has accepted the request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner. Therefore, the presence of the petitioner before the Court below is hereby dispensed with. It is made clear^thatthe petitioner shall appear before the Court below whenever his presence is required or as and when directed by the^Courtbelow.
