The present Criminal Petition is filed under Section482of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (Cr.P.C.), praying to quash the proceedings against the petitioner/respondent No.2 in D.V.C.No.202 of 2018 on the file of the 1 Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Vijayawada.
Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit thatthe cause in the present Criminal Petition does not survive for adjudication and it has become infructuous and thesameisalso endorsed on the bundle.
Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the present Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
As a sequel, interlocutory applications, pending if any in this case, shall stand closed.
