It is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the present criminal petition is filed seeking to quash the FIR and after due investigation, the police laid a charge sheet basing upon the contents in FIR. Learned counsel for the petitioners sought permission of this Court, for liberty to assail the said charge sheet.
Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the Criminal Petition ISi disposed of granting liberty
to the petitioners to assail the charge sheet.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this
criminal petition shall stand closed.
