The present criminal petition is filed seeking to call for the records pertaining to order dated 24.09.2018 in Crl.M.P.No.3978 of 2018 in C.C.No.234 of 2012 on the file of the III Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Visakhapatnam and to quash^thesame.The Crl.M.P.No.3978 of 2018 in C.C.No.234 of 2012 was filed under Section 311 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 seeking to issue summons to the Branch Manager, ING Vysya Bank Limited, Lalithanagar Branch, Visakhapatnam and to re-open the case to adduce further evidence.

Now, the learned Special Assistant Public Prosecutor submitted that main case was ended in acquittal. Therefore, nothing^remainsfor further adjudication in the present criminal petition.

Hence, the present Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
