This Contempt Case is filed under Section 10 to 12 of The Contempt of Courts Act against the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders dated 05.09.2023 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.21466 of 2023.
When the matter is taken up for hearing. Sri B.Manjeet, learned counsel representing learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, the amounts were received and the order of this Court has been complied. As such, there is nothing to adjudicate and prayed to close the Contempt Case.
Recording the said submissions, the Contempt Case isclosed. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand
