ORDER
This contempt case is filed against the respondents for willful disobedience of the orders dated 08.12.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.30288 of 2023.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the respondents submits that as per the orders of this Court, payment was made to the petitioner and the orders of this Court are complied with.
Learned counsel for the petitioner also admitted the same.
In view of the compliance reported by both the parties, no cause survives for further adjudication of the matter. Hence, the Contempt Case is closed. No order as to costs.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the contempt case shall stand closed.
