This contempt case is filed against the respondentsforwillfuldisobedience of the orders dated 03.11.2023 passed by this CourtinW.P.No.7916of2023.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents have paid the principal amount and complied with the orders dated 03.11.2023 passed by this Court in W.P.No.7916 of 2023, and hence, no further orders are required to be passed in the contempt case.
Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case is closed, granting liberty to the petitioner for initiating separate proceedings for further claim if any. No order as to costs.
Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the contempt case shall stand closed.
