No. 9732 of 2012, dated 07-02-2014 as the same is confirmed by the Hon'ble High Court by the Judgment Dt. 28-11-2017 in WP No. 8816 of 2014.

ORDER:
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the order dated 07.02.2014 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal in O.A.No.9732 of 2012 has been complied with by the District Registrar, Registration and Stamps Ananthapuramu vide proceedings in Rc.No.E/1365/2015 dated 31.05.2019. He also submits that the petitioner was paid a difference of pension vide proceedings in P.P.O.No.13-020 126/SP dated 05.05.2016 and the Accountant General (A&E), Amaravathi, vide letter dated 05.08.2019 released the pension amount of the petitioner.
Recording the said submission, the Contempt Case (AT) is closed, giving liberty to the petitioner to take steps, if aggrieved. No order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
