Raju, learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that against the order datpd 20.02.2018 passed by the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal in O.A.No.1125 of 2017, the State has preferred a writ petition vide W.P.No.30329 of 2018. The said writ petition was dismissed by this Court on 24.07.2019, with a direction to the State to implement the orders of the Tribunal. As the order dated 24.07.2019 in W.P.No.30329 of 2018 was not complied with, the petitioner^{filedC.C.No.1010} of 2019.

Recording the above submission, the Contempt Case (AT) is closed with a direction to the petitioner to pursue C.C.No.1010 of 2019, pending adjudication. No order as to costs.
