ORDER :
This Contempt Case is filed for willful violation of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.29232 of 2023 on 12.01.2024, wherein this Court passed the following order:
“…In view of the undertaken given by the 3rd respondent college on 04.05.2023 agreeing to accept 75% of the fee due for the academic year 2019-2020 under fee reimbursement scheme, this Court feels it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition by directing the 3rd respondent to release the original certificates retained by them, to the petitioner, without raising any objection with regard to the fee reimbursement, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.”
learned counsel for the petitioner has informed this Court that the order dated 12.01.2024 in W.P.No.29232 of 2023 passed by this Court has been complied with. Therefore, prays to close the contempt case.
As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, pending, if any, shall also
stand closed.
