The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that no further order is required to be passed in I.A.Nos.1 & 2 of 2025, in view of due compliance of the order sought to be reviewed, as reported vide Memo, dated 27.04.2026, ASUSR No.51330 of 2026. The learned counsel for the respondent / appellant reported no objection to close the petitions in view of the aforesaid memo. Accordingly, both the petitions are closed recording that the direction, dated 23.03.2026, has been complied. |
