ORDER:
The present writ petition came to be filed under Article 226
of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:
“…to issue an order, writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of the respondents herein in not releasing and paying the compensation amount of Rs.6,15,800/- (Rupees Six Lakhs Fifteen Thousand Only) till today and causing heavy loss as illegal, arbitrary and violation of articles 14 and 21 of constitution of India and consequently direct the respondents to release and pay the compensation amount of Rs.6,15,800/- (Rupees six lakhs fifteen thousand only) to the petitioners forth with and to pass …”
