Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue an appropriate writ, direction or order more particularly one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction on the part of the 3'^ respondent Collector in disposing of the lease extension/fresh lease proposals submitted by the 1®‘ respondent Thahsildar in R.C. 348/2012B dtd: 31-01-2013 in the petitioners favour pertaining to the salt pan lands an extentof Ac. 116.50 cents covered by survey Nos. 97/2, 113/2, 114/2, and 125/4 of Pudimadaka Village, Atchuthapuram Mandal, Visakhapatnam District which was recommended by the earlier incumbent District Collector for which we paid necessary challans paying lease rentals and the action of the 1® respondent Tahsildar is not allowing the petitioners to enter their above said lease hold lands during the pendency of the lease renewal fresh lease proposals sent by them without serving any notice on them and without serving any order of evict on against them as illegal, arbitrary, unjust and against the fundamental rights guaranteed by the constitution of India and to consequently direct the respondents to immediately renew the said lease or accord fresh lease in their favour on such terms as deemed fit and not to dispossesstheirfromthesaid lands excepting under due process of law and just.

Petition under Section 151 CPC is filed praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, the High Court may be pleased to pass an interim direction against the respondents not to interfere with the petitioners possession and enjoyment of their lease hold salt pan lands an extent of Ac. 116.50 cents covered by survey Nos. 97/2, 113/2, 114/2, and 125/4 of Pudimadaka Village, Atchuthapuram Mandal, Visakhapatnam District during the pendency of this writ petition, in the interest of justice.
