JUDGMENT:-
Sri V. Preetham Surya, learned counsel representingSri Nimmagadda Satyanarayana, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition is filed for direction to the respondent to grant title deed for the petitioner’s subject land, but the application was filed manually. He submits that the petitioner wants to apply afresh as per the Record of Rights Rules (in short, the ROR Rules) and in view thereof, the petition may be dismissed as withdrawn with the said liberty.
- The Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to apply as prayed in accordancewith law, if the law so permits.
No order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending,
shall also stand closed.
