Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the
learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents.

submitted the same to the 2nd respondent in RCB679/2017 dated 14.11.2017. After getting approval from the 2nd and 3rd respondents, the 4th respondent granted house site pattas to all the petitioners to an extent of Ac.0.02 cents in Sy. No. 364-2-2 situated at Sangam Village and Mandal vide proceedings RCB137/2018 dated 31.03.2018 and the possession of the said house sites was also handed over to the petitioners. Ever since the petitioners are in peaceful possession of the said house sites.
