Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the

learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for the respondents.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner has not pressed

in so far as the 1^st petitioner is concerned in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed in so far as the 1^st petitioner is concerned.

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the 2^nd petitioner made an online application TTA012200098908 dated 31.10.2022 seeking deletion of the subject property

from the Prohibited List and the same is pending for consideration.

The learned counsel for the 2^nd petitioner submits that the 2^nd respondent has not acted upon the online application made by the 2^nd petitioner dated 31.10.2022.

On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents submits that the application of the 2^nd petitioner dated 31.10.2022 will be considered by following due procedure by the 2^nd respondent.

In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the 2^nd respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the online application of the 2^nd petitioner dated 31.10.2022 if not already disposed as expeditiously as possible with respect to the subject property for deletion of the same from the Prohibited list strictly in accordance with law by conducting necessary enquiry and hearing of all the parties concerned and the whole process shall be concluded within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of this Order.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any,

shall stand closed.
