.• 2. The grievance of the writ petitioner is that the 4*^

respondent has not mutated the name of the petitioner with respect to an extent of Ac. 5.74 cents in Sy. No. 710/1 situated in Mudumala Village of B. Mattam Mandal, YSR

The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the. petitioner sought mutation of his name in the Revenue

Records in respect of the land to an extent of Ac. 5.74 cents in Sy. No. 710/1 situated in Mudumala Village of B. Mattam Mand^, YSR Kadapa District as per the Section 5 (3) of A.P. Rights in Eand and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 read with Rule 18(3)(c) of the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Book Rules, 1989. But the 4* respondent has not acted upon » the same. The Petitioner specially made an application on 13.07.2021 for the said purpose. 4. On the other hand, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that if the petitioner makes an application through Online, the same would be considered by the 4th respondent by following the due procedure.

In view of the above said facts and circumstances, the petitioner is permitted to make an Online application through the Village Secretariat concerned seeking mutation of his name in respect of the subject land within two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of this Order. On receipt of the same, the 4* respondent shall consider the online application of the petitioner for the above said purpose as expeditiously as possible strictly in accordance with law within three (3)

months thereafter.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. As a sequel, Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any.
