This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the

Constitution of India seeking the following relief:-

“…..to issue writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS declaring the action of the respondent No.2 in dismissing the appeal vide Proc No Proceedings No. 507/2014/EGS/HR dated 26.02.2015 while confirming the order of the removal from service issued by the respondent No.3 vide Proc. 322/2014/DVC/E2 dated 25.08.2014 as arbitrary, illegal, contrary to law without jurisdiction and violation of principles of natural justice and set aside the Proceedings No. 507/2014/EGS/HR dated 26.02.2015 issued by the respondent No.2 and removal order issued by the respondent No.3 vide Proc. 322/2014/DVC/E2 dated 25.08.2014 consequently to direct the respondents to continue the petitioner as Field Assistant of Parlam Gram Panchayat Jalumuru Mandal Srikakulam District...”

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, learned Standing Counsel has produced a copy of the appointment order dated 13.10.2020 wherein the petitioner has been re-appointed as Senior Field Assistant of palem Gram Panchayat in pursuance of

the recommendations made by the MPDO and as on today the petitioner is working as Senior Field Assistant in palem

Grampanchayat, Srikakulam District. In view of the same, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter.

Recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel, this writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous application, pending, if any, shall also stand closed.
