ORDER :
The present Writ Petition came to be filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:-
“to issue a Writ Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS or any other appropriate writ or direction declaring the action of the respondents in not releasing the payments for the works i.e.Construction of Bridge across Kusimigedda near Malli Village and causeway near Santhamalli on the road from P-H road to Sambam in Seethampeta Mandal in Srikakulam District through the Agreement CR.No.87/2016-17 dated 21-01-2017 for an amount of Rs.9,12,779/- as illegal, arbitrary and violative of Art 14 and 21 of Constitution of India and consequently to direct the respondent authorities to release Rs.9,12,779/forthwith for the above said works executed by the petitioner and pass such order or orders….”
