■ The present Writ Petition came to be filed under Article 226
of the Constitution of India seeking the following relief:-
“...to issixe a. writ, order or direction particularly one in the nature of writ of mandamus that the action of the Respondents in issuing Circular Roc. No. 1994/2007/M3-1 dated 30.05.2014 by the Second Respondent - Commissioner & Director of Municipal Administration, AP, Hyderabad seeking to cut off the petitioners’ employment rendered over 10 to 20 years and again seeking to appoint candidates on outsourcing basis replacing the petitioners is wholly illegal, arbitrary, contrary to G.O.Ms.No.84 dated 17.04.2014 and also the Andhra Pradesh State Reorganization Act of 2014 apart from being violative of Articles 14, 16 and 21 of the Constitution of India and pass and pass such' other order or orders....”
"the present Government of Andhra Pradesh has established a corporation, namely Andhra Pradesh Corporationfor outstanding Services (APCOS) to engage the manpower under the chairmanship of the district Collector, Nellore. The petitioners of 17 members were absorbed in the APCOS in the month of August2020, and they are continuirig in the Engineering Section of Municipal Corporation, Nellore as outsourcing employees. Two petitioners i.e. Serial nos. 13 & 16 were died on 27.08.2017 and

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for respondents No.2 and 3, this Court feels that nothing
