ORDER:
After hearing both the learned counsel, this Court notices that in a big batch of Writ Petitions starting with W.P.No.26794 of 2021, learned Single Judge of this Court has given direction to the respondents to pay the principal amounts within a period of four(4) weeks. The other issues and other claims were left upon and open and the Writ Petitioners were given liberty to agitate their claims with regard to the interest. It is admitted that even as on date the W.A.No.724 of 2021 and batch in connected matters are pending. Therefore, with the consent of both the learned counsel, the following orders is passed:-

With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. Since similar orders are passed in earlier orders, this order is passed with the consent of both the learned counsel. No costs.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
