ORDER:
This Contempt Case has been filed complaining wilful disobedience of the respondents in implementing the order of this Court dated 28.04.2022 in W.P.No.6188 of 2022.
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.
During hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that pursuant to the orders of this Court dated 28.04.2022, the respondents had paid the pending bills to the petitioner.
In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, nothing survives for adjudication in this Contempt Case.
Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. No costs.
