ORDER:
On 01.08.2023, there was no representation on
behalf of the petitioner, the matter was posted to today under the caption ‘for dismissal’. Even today also there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. This indicates that the petitioner herein has no interest in prosecuting the Writ Petition.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.
